John Barton Montgomery  
and either 
Catherine Montgomery or Catherine Martin

 James Ignatius and Julia Spalding and their family migrated from Washington County, Kentucky, and settled in Daviess County, Indiana in 1819.  The vast majority of the Spalding's in this line remained in Indiana.
